At Bloom Root Nutrition, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations with respect to returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with international consumer protection standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original, sealed packaging.
  • It must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Supplements or health products that have been opened or unsealed (for health and hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items, including the Pill Organiser and Shipping Insurance.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

We will email you the return address once you have contacted us. Please wait for confirmation and instructions before sending any item back. Items sent back without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items we do not receive.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on approved returns. Refunds are issued for the product cost only; original shipping costs are non-refundable. The restocking fee does not apply when an item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at bloomrootnutrition@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please do the following:

  • Check your payment account or bank statement again.
  • Contact your credit card provider or payment service, as processing times may vary.

If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, contact us for further assistance.

6. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team to allow us to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns in compliance with PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, and Shopify Payments policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date above.
